At Anna Bella, we want you to feel confident and happy with your purchase. That’s why we offer a simple and flexible return and exchange policy.
Try Before You Accept
Courier try-on is available for all orders.
You can try on your order while the courier is waiting before accepting the package.
If the item doesn’t fit or you decide it’s not right for you, you can return or exchange it immediately at the time of delivery.
Returns & Exchanges After Delivery
If you accepted your order without trying it on, you may still request a return or exchange within 2 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible:

The item must be unworn and in its original condition.

All original tags and labels must remain attached.

The item must not have any stains, makeup, perfume, damage, alterations, or signs of wear.

The item must be returned in its original packaging and condition.

Items that have been worn, washed, altered, damaged, or returned with signs of use will not be accepted.
After the 2-Day Period
Once the 2-day return/exchange period has passed, the order will be considered final sale, and no returns or exchanges will be accepted.
We kindly recommend checking your item carefully upon delivery and contacting us as soon as possible if you have any concerns.
Anna Bella reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange if the item does not meet the conditions above.
