Try-On & Delivery Policy

Courier try-on is available for all orders. Customers may try on their item while the courier is waiting.

If the item is not suitable, customers may decline the order at the time of delivery and return or exchange it immediately.

If an order is accepted without trying it on, customers may still request a return or exchange within 2 days of receiving the order, provided the item meets our [Returns & Exchanges Policy].
